Mac science program wins international award
McMaster’s Integrated Science program for high-achieving students has picked up a major international award.
The program launched in 2009 has been recognized with a prestigious Wharton-QS Stars Reimagine Education award. The awards, presented in Philadelphia last week, are considered the “Oscars” of innovation in higher education.
McMaster was the only Canadian winner in the international competition, which places it in the same conversation as some of the world’s top universities. Harvard, Tulane, Rice, National Taiwan University and Politecnico di Milano were among the other winners.
